-An exercise and healthy eating program designed to keep your child motivated about eating healthy and working out.


 

What Is Included in the Program?

 

  1. 1-3 Days of Training with Elite Trainer Alphonso James

  2. Custom Diamond Chest Jr’s Meal Plan Library tailored towards kids

  3. Bi-Weekly physical fitness assessments

  4. Monthly check ins for weight loss focused kids

  5. Weekly Homework focusing on 3 categories:

 

       >Physical Fitness

          *We will challenge your kids to workout at least 4 days out of the week

 

       >Mental Strength

          *Each week your child will work on their mental capacity through thought  provoking assignments designed to help them reflect on the reasons behind their actions.

 

       >Healthy Habits

         *Each week, our kids are asked to reflect on their eating patterns and swap high fats and processed foods with vegetables and high protein options.

   6. Fun and creative workouts designed to help your child get stronger and stay active while enjoying the company of others.
